Along with pianist Enrico Pace, the two will perform Beethoven’s restless and sometimes playful four-movement Violin Sonata No. 4; Stravinsky’s sprightly Divertimento from his ballet The Fairy’s Kiss; Mozart’s only minor key violin sonata, composed during a turbulent period in his life; and Franck’s lush and lyrical violin sonata, written as a wedding gift for the violinist Eugene Ysaÿe.
